Federico Meneghetti, was born in Padova - Italy on July 14th 1966, he works as a freelance journalist and professional photo reporter.
At the early age of 17th, Federico Meneghetti delivered his first professional photographic services covering sports for the newspaper "Il Gazzettino" and subsequently delivered with great success thousands of other services for the daily newspaper "Il Mattino di Padova" as well as working for daily and weekly newspapers with national coverage.
Eclectic knowledge: coverage of sports to politics, crime news, society and local news, etc has allowed Federico Meneghetti the possibility to learn and earn action speed, essential asset to a photographer of first line, gaining command of action in each circumstance.
Being freelance allows Federico Meneghetti to follow his true professional identity, from 1996 focusing exclusively on travel photo-reporting.
Federico defines himself "an image maker narrating the earth, its lights and its colours", always researching new earth facets, studying lights and timing as to discover the perfect instant. Federico explains "photography is descriptive magic that allows your emotions to emerge".
For several years now Federico Meneghetti focuses in particular on special services covering Italy: the land he loves that offers him a rainbow of emotions, atmospheres to study and tastes to enjoy. Federico Meneghetti's pictures are published in magazines with national and international travel coverage but his main pride is the publication of monographic picture books on various Italian regions.
